Telephone Sales Consultant - Worksop
Job Overview
We are seeking 4 dynamic and professional Telephone Sales Consultants to join our team in Worksop. The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients via telephone, promoting our products and services, and building strong customer relationships. No cold\-calling is involved as we produce our own lead source.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services in a persuasive manner
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to maximise engagement and conversion
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress using IT systems
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to foster ongoing relationships and maximise sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance sales performance
- Manage time effectively to meet daily call targets and organisational goals
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
- Proven experience in sales or telemarketing roles is desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision\-making processes
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Familiarity with IT systems, CRM software, and basic organisational tools
- Prior experience in customer service or client\-facing roles is advantageous
- Ability to demonstrate effective time management and organisational skills
