This isn’t just another Assistant Manager role.

This is an opportunity for someone ambitious, driven and ready to take the next real step towards running a business within hospitality.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who wants more than simply managing shifts. Someone who wants to learn how to truly run a business, from leading teams and delivering unforgettable guest experiences, through to understanding labour control, stock management, sales driving, event planning and balancing a full profit \& loss account.

Over the next 8–12 months, the right person will be developed with the clear intention of preparing them for their own General Manager opportunity.

You’ll work directly alongside an experienced General Manager with over 10 years in the industry, who has recently spent the last 4 months successfully running an area of 18 pubs. This role is about genuine development, real exposure and giving someone the tools, confidence and opportunities to grow their wings properly.

You won’t be micromanaged here. You’ll be trusted, challenged, coached and developed.

Pay: £32,500\.00\-£35,500\.00 per year
