We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketer Apprentice to join our dynamic marketing team. This paid apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to develop essential skills in digital marketing, gain practical experience, and contribute to innovative campaigns. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong organisational skills, and have a keen interest in managing online presence across various platforms. This role provides valuable exposure to management, SEO, project management, and analytics within a professional environment. tjis position would be perfect for a school leaver, looking to gain a career. after a 3 Month trial the successful applicants will be offered training to degree level whilst getting paid to work. the successful applicants must be fun, positive and outgoing to fit in with our amazing team.
Duties
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across social media, email marketing.
- Support the optimisation of website content using SEO best practices on platforms such as WordPress and Google Analytics
- Contribute to content creation including copywriting for blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics
- Help coordinate marketing projects ensuring deadlines are met through effective project management techniques
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content aligned with branding guidelines
- Support the setup and management of Google Ads campaigns to enhance online visibility
- Analyse campaign performance data using analysis skills and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Contribute ideas during team meetings and participate in leadership activities as part of professional development
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and organisational tools such as Microsoft Outlook
- Basic knowledge of IT systems relevant to digital marketing tools and platforms
- Familiarity with SEO principles, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and WordPress is desirable
- Experience or interest in social media management platforms (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn)
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for optimisation purposes
- Creative flair with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for visual content creation
- Understanding of email marketing strategies and B2B marketing concepts
- Leadership potential with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills and taking initiative
