Diverse Waste Solutions as the newest acquisition of the GRG group Diverse produces innovative and cost –effective solutions for clients in a difficult and ever changing legislative environment. The prime objective of Diverse Waste Solutions Ltd is to offer a competitive and reliable hazardous waste management brokerage that is simple and professional.

Diverse are recruiting for a Telesales Executive, as a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting businesses, generating new leads, and promoting our waste management services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and earning commission.

For the right candidate, this role can also develop into a Business Development position, offering opportunities for career progression and increased responsibility.

This role is office based with the potential for hybrid working.

Main Responsibilites:

  • Making outbound calls to potential business customers

  • Generating leads and booking appointments

  • Managing and developing all new client accounts from initial contact through onboarding

  • Building and maintaining strong long\-term customer relationships

  • Explaining our services and identifying customer needs

  • Following up on enquiries, quotations, and new business opportunities

  • Achieving sales targets and KPIs

  • Updating CRM systems accurately and maintaining client records

  • Providing ongoing support to new customers to ensure excellent service and retention.
QUALIFICATIONS (Desirable):
  • A Sales, Business, Marketing, or Customer Service qualification

  • NVQ or equivalent qualification in Sales or Business Administration
Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
