Accountabilities:
- Own and manage the full lifecycle of technical and research programs, from planning and roadmap development through execution, delivery, and post-launch evaluation.
- Partner closely with research, engineering, and infrastructure teams to translate complex technical goals into structured project plans and actionable milestones.
- Facilitate team ceremonies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions, ensuring effective collaboration while maintaining agility.
- Track dependencies, risks, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives, including data requirements, infrastructure needs, and compute resources.
- Drive alignment among stakeholders, ensuring priorities, timelines, and objectives remain synchronized across teams.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes, documentation standards, project management practices, and collaboration frameworks as the organization scales.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that improve team effectiveness and execution speed.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in technical program management, technical project management, or a related role.
- Alternatively, a background in software engineering, data science, or another technical discipline with a strong interest in transitioning into program leadership.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
- Demonstrated proactive mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning technologies, and emerging technical trends.
- Ability to facilitate alignment and drive collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with machine learning lifecycles, including model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Experience working with large datasets, particularly tabular data.
- Exposure to AI, research, or advanced technology-focused environments.
