Accountabilities:

  • Design and deliver full-stack product features across avatar generation and generative media systems, from frontend interfaces to backend services and AI model integration layers.

  • Build scalable backend systems that support model inference, feature logic, and data workflows, ensuring reliability and performance at production scale.

  • Develop intuitive frontend experiences that allow users to interact seamlessly with AI-powered avatar creation and customization tools.

  • Own features end-to-end, from ideation and scoping through implementation, experimentation, deployment, and iteration.

  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to define use cases, validate feasibility, and translate ambiguous requirements into actionable technical solutions.

  • Work directly with AI models (both internal and external), assessing capabilities, constraints, and reliability to guide product decisions.

  • Implement feature-flagged releases, monitor real-world usage, and iterate based on performance and user feedback.

  • Contribute to architectural decisions that ensure long-term scalability and maintainability across the full stack.

Requirements
  • Proven experience building and shipping full-stack product features end-to-end in production environments.

  • Strong ability to work across frontend and backend systems, independently delivering complete features from concept to deployment.

  • Excellent product thinking skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, define scope, and iterate toward high-impact solutions.

  • Experience working in 0-to-1 environments, comfortable with experimentation, prototyping, and rapid iteration.

  • Strong understanding of system design, backend architecture, and frontend development best practices.

  • Ability to evaluate technical feasibility and make pragmatic trade-offs, especially when working with AI or evolving systems.

  • Strong collaboration skills with product and design teams, including the ability to challenge assumptions and propose better alternatives.

  • Comfortable debugging and working across the full stack to resolve complex issues.

  • Experience with AI/ML-powered products, experimentation frameworks, or feature flag systems is a strong plus.
