Our Newlands House service supports adults with physical disabilities. Your working hours
We offer full\-time working hours, you will need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends on a rota.
Typical shifts may include:
- Day shifts: 7am \- 7:30pm or 7am \- 1:30pm
- On\-call duties as part of the rota

- Organise rotas and ensure the right staffing levels at all times
- Support with training, development, and supervision of staff
- Work alongside customers to achieve their goals and promote independence
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Step in to provide hands\-on care and administer medication when needed
- Experience in a supervisory role within a care setting
- A relevant qualification (NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Health \& Social Care or equivalent)
- Good communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- A warm, supportive, and motivating approach to working with others
- Willingness to work flexibly and take part in the on\-call rota
