The Role: Field Care Supervisor

Location: Sheffield and surrounding areas including rural Sheffield such as Stocksbridge
For this role, a full UK driving licence and previous Team Leader experience in adult social care are essential. You must also have your own car due to travel requirements across services.
- Contract: Full\-time, 40 hours per week
- Pay: £14\.95 per hour

- Provide hands\-on support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs in supported living settings.
- Lead by example, ensuring high\-quality care aligned with CQC standards and person\-centred care plans.
- Travel across Sheffield and surrounding rural areas to support services and staff teams.
- Foster meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement through engaging activities.
- Oversee daily operations, including supervision of staff, rota management, and compliance checks.
- Empower and inspire a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care every day.
