Job purpose
The Team Leader will support the Registered Manager in the day\-to\-day operational running of the children's home, providing strong, visible leadership to the residential support worker team on shift. The Team Leader will act as a positive role model, ensuring that the highest standards of therapeutic, trauma\-informed care are consistently delivered in line with Ofsted regulations, the Children's Home Regulations 2015 and the organisation's values.

£42,997\.5 \- £46,410

- Sleep\-in rate — £40\.00 per shift (approximately 4 per month)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a residential childcare setting
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willingness to work towards it
- Some experience in a senior or leadership capacity (desirable)
- Calm, resilient and values\-led with strong communication skills
- Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep\-ins
- Full UK driving licence preferred
