International Logistics Coordinator (3-Month Fixed Term – Immediate Start)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team on\-site for an initial 3\-month contract. This role supports high\-volume regional logistics operations, ensuring efficient order movement and full compliance with global standards.

Key Requirements (Essential \& Immediate Need)

• Recent hands\-on SAP experience


• Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS


• Proven experience managing busy, high\-volume logistics operations


• Solid understanding of export documentation (e.g. CoO, CMR, eAD, Bill of Lading)


• Experience with bonded warehousing


• Prior logistics/supply chain experience, including import/export

• Coordinate end\-to\-end logistics activities, including transport planning and order management


• Ensure compliance with customs, regulatory, and global procurement standards (P2P, OTC, SLAs)


• Act as the key link between site teams, customers, and hauliers


• Support continuous improvement and KPI delivery in a fast\-paced environment

• On\-site role – immediate start required


• Flexibility required during peak periods


• Occasional travel may be required

Pay: £27,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
