Team Assistant - HR | Central London | 5 days in office | Up to £26 per hour
Tay Associates have partnered with a leading global financial services company to recruit a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to join their busy Human Resources function. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant or Team Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and supporting senior stakeholders.
You will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to up to 5-6 senior professionals within the Human Resources team specialising within reward and benefits.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary management, including coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders and resolving diary conflicts.
- Organising meetings, conferences and team events, including rooms, technology and meeting materials.
- Managing phone lines and acting as a key point of contact for senior leaders and their wider teams.
- Coordinating global and local travel arrangements, itineraries and expenses.
- Supporting team meetings, agendas, minutes and action tracking.
- Managing visitors, couriers, post and other office logistics.
- Preparing, formatting and amending presentations and documents.
- Supporting new starter setups, desk requirements, equipment and IT requests.
- Managing flexible working and desk requirements across the Reward team.
- Supporting finance processes, invoices and other team administration.
- Organising team social events and providing wider support to the Reward function.
- Working collaboratively with the broader HCM Assistant team to ensure seamless team support and coverage.
- Experienced in an EA, Team Assistant or Senior Administrator role, ideally within financial services or a professional services environment.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple senior stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working at pace.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with corporate systems.
