Teaching Assistant - Integrated Resource

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work within the Academy's SEMH provision.

Our 3 \- 11 Primary Academy is part of a Multi\-Academy Trust consisting of four Primary Academies and three Secondary Academies, with all the Academies providing quality education and working collaboratively with multi\-agencies to secure excellence in all aspects of its work.
We are seeing to appoint a suitably qualified, ambitious and talented professional to support in the day to day provision of the integrated resource at Maltby Manor Academy.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be an excellent professional with high expectations of all learners and staff within the team;
- Be a team player and work closely with teachers and other staff in the Academy to develop and implement effective strategies to break down barriers and maximise achievement;
- Committed to partnership working with external agencies;
- Have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
