About the Role
We are looking for confident, creative and outgoing individuals to join our team as Social Media Content Creators \& Brand Ambassadors.
This is a flexible, ad\-hoc role where you may be called upon to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, social media content creation, product launches, events and brand activations across our portfolio of businesses.
Successful candidates will be comfortable appearing on camera, engaging with customers, creating content for social media platforms and representing our brands in a professional and positive manner.
No two assignments will be the same, offering a varied and exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and creating engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Appear in promotional videos, photos and marketing campaigns.
- Present products, services and promotional offers on camera.
- Engage with customers during events, promotions and campaigns.
- Support brand activations, launches and customer engagement initiatives.
- Assist with gathering content for social media channels.
- Represent our brands professionally both online and in person.
- Provide creative ideas for content and promotional activities.
- Confident and comfortable on camera.
- Active user of social media platforms.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Friendly, approachable and professional.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation.
- Reliable and flexible.
- Comfortable interacting with members of the public.
Experience in any of the following would be beneficial but is not essential:
- Social media content creation
- TikTok or Instagram content
- Customer service
