The Role:As a Teacher of Mathematics, you will:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential Key Stage 5 opportunities.


• Plan, prepare, and assess engaging and effective lessons.


• Support and challenge students of all abilities to achieve their potential.


• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.


• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.


• Work closely with colleagues to develop and share best practice.


• Contribute to curriculum development within the department.


• Participate in the wider life of the school where appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)


• A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.


• Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching Maths.


• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.


• The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.


• A commitment to maintaining high academic standards.


• A proactive and collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
