• Planning and delivering high-quality English lessons

• Creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment


• Assessing and monitoring student progress


• Supporting students of varying abilities and backgrounds


• Working collaboratively with colleagues to share ideas and best practice


• Playing an active role within the wider school community

What We're Looking ForThe successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualification


• Have experience teaching English in a secondary school setting


• Be passionate about education and student success


• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills


• Have strong communication and organisational abilities


• Be committed to delivering engaging and inspiring lessons


• Bring positivity, resilience and enthusiasm to the role
