Talent, Learning & Development Partner

This role sits at the heart of our people strategy and is responsible for helping create a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and performance improvement.
You'll work closely with leaders across the business to identify capability needs, design and deliver development initiatives, strengthen leadership and management capability, support career pathways, and ensure colleagues have the skills and confidence to perform at their best.
While recruitment forms part of the role, the primary focus is on learning, development, capability building, and workforce readiness across all levels of the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
Learning, Development \& Capability
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve learning and development initiatives across the business.
- Develop structured learning pathways that support onboarding, technical capability, professional development, leadership growth, and career progression.
- Identify capability gaps and implement practical development solutions that improve performance and effectiveness.
- Support the development of career pathways, progression frameworks, and capability standards across multiple business functions.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional growth.
- Support and coordinate leadership and management development initiatives.
- Work with managers to identify development priorities, capability gaps, and succession risks.
- Help build leadership capability across all levels of the organisation.
- Support talent development and succession planning activities that strengthen future organisational capability.
- Partner with leaders to understand current and future capability requirements.
- Support workforce readiness through targeted development initiatives and capability planning.
- Measure learning effectiveness and ensure development activity delivers meaningful outcomes.
- Use data and insight to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Manage recruitment activity across the organisation.
- Support hiring managers through structured interview and assessment processes.
- Help ensure recruitment decisions are evidence\-based, consistent, and aligned to company standards.
- Contribute to a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people grow and has experience developing capability within a business environment.
You'll ideally have experience in Learning \& Development, Talent Development, Organisational Development, Training, People Development, or a similar role.
You'll also bring:
- Experience designing and delivering learning and development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of capability development, competency frameworks, and performance improvement.
- Experience supporting leadership and management development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational and project coordination capability.
- A proactive, solutions\-focused approach.
- Confidence working with leaders and influencing positive change.
- A data\-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvement.
- Experience within a regulated environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
