About you:

• Experienced in recruitment and talent management


• Ability to problem solve


• Handling volume recruitment campaigns in a fast\-paced environment


• Experienced with a wide range of sourcing tools, such as Indeed, CV\-Library, and LinkedIn

• Working with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs


• Supporting on recruitment needs of the business including placing adverts, screening applications, arranging interviews/assessment centres, and creating job descriptions


• Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers


• Company Ambassador at job fairs/recruitment events


• Working with external providers to identify recruitment solutions


• Proactive sourcing of candidates and creation of talent pipeline

• Salary \- up to £33,900 dependent on experience


• 23 days of annual leave
