Job Summary
The post holder will be expected to support their team, and Top Assured Healthcare Limited values in their day\-to\-day work. As a Support Worker, the post holder will follow the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers and

Duties
- Provide one\-to\-one support, assisting with daily routines and activities
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that encourages personal development
- Implement personalised care plans in collaboration with families and professionals
- Engage in mentoring activities to promote confidence, social skills, and emotional resilience
- Assist with educational tasks, including teaching basic skills and supporting learning programmes
- Support service users during outings, appointments, and recreational activities
- Maintain accurate records of support provided and progress made
- Promote positive behaviour management strategies in accordance with organisational policies
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency of care and support delivery
- Previous experience working with service users with various mental health needs is desirable
- Knowledge of mentoring techniques and supporting behavioural development is advantageous
- Experience in teaching or educational support roles is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with service users, families, and professionals
- Compassionate attitude with a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting well\-being
- Ability to work flexibly, demonstrating patience, empathy, and organisational skills
