We’re looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our dedicated team across North East London and Kent. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high\-quality care and support tailored to each individual’s needs.
- Assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and household tasks.
- Encourage independence, dignity, and confidence in the people you support.
- Accompany service users to appointments, community activities, or social outings.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with service users and their families.
- Keep accurate records of care and report any concerns promptly.
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to deliver excellent care.
- A genuine passion for helping others.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, or weekends.
