Managers in storage and warehousing

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Managers in storage and warehousing to oversee and optimise the daily functions of our fulfilment centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse activities, ensuring efficient logistics, and driving continuous process improvements. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team within a fast\-paced e\-commerce environment, ensuring seamless order processing and delivery. Core Responsibilities \& Duties

• Team Leadership \& Supervision: Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth, high\-performing daily operations across shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment workflows.


• Multi\-Channel Inventory \& Marketing Management: Manage and sync inventory listings across key e\-commerce marketplaces—including eBay, Amazon, and Etsy—while directing marketplace marketing strategies to align stock availability with customer demand.


• Systems \& Workflow Optimization: Manage warehouse workflows using advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems to optimize workforce productivity and order dispatch accuracy.


• Logistics \& Transportation Management: Oversee Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to efficiently coordinate inbound supply shipments and outbound customer logistics, ensuring timely dispatches in line with customer expectations.


• Stock Auditing \& Vendor Relations: Monitor stock levels, perform regular physical and digital inventory audits, and actively coordinate with suppliers and 3PL providers to maintain optimal inventory levels and eliminate stockouts.


• Process Improvement \& Cost Reduction: Design and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing structural operational efficiency, reducing overhead costs, and increasing overall customer satisfaction.


• Health, Safety \& Equipment Compliance: Enforce strict compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, including overseeing the safe operation of forklift trucks and other heavy warehouse equipment.


• Shipping \& Receiving Oversight: Supervise all inbound receiving and outbound shipping procedures to ensure rigorous quality control, accurate manifest checking, and swift turnaround times.


• Cross\-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross\-functional business teams (including procurement, customer service, and tech) to support end\-to\-end supply chain optimization and long\-term continuous improvement strategies.

• Proven supervising experience within a warehouse or logistics environment.


• Amazon and ebay system familiarities preferred,


• Strong understanding of profit \& loss management related to warehouse operations.


• Extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and transportation management systems (TMS).


• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems platforms.


• Skilled in shipping \& receiving procedures, inventory control, and warehouse safety protocols.


• Ability to operate forklifts safely; relevant certification is preferred.


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast\-paced environment.
