Support Worker in own home

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential assistance to an individual man in his own home. This role involves working closely with the client and his family.

Duties

• Assist client with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal care.


• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well\-being of client.


• Assist with driving and appintments


• Assist with mobility and physical activities, ensuring safety at all times.


• Administer medications when necessary and monitor clients’ health conditions.


• assist with bowel managment


• Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in condition.

• Previous experience in home care or assisted living settings is preferred but not essential.


• Knowledge of bowel care and personal care


• medication administration

Pay: £14\.50\-£15\.50 per hour

• Homecare

• 12 hour shift


• Day shift

• Monday to Friday
