Complex Care Support Worker
North West Quality Care is seeking compassionate and experienced Complex Care Support Workers to provide high\-quality, person\-centred care to individuals with complex health needs in their own homes and supported living environments.
The role involves supporting clients with a range of clinical and personal care needs, including oxygen therapy, PEG feeding, medication administration, mobility assistance, and activities of daily living. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, families, and the wider care team to promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing while ensuring care is delivered safely and in accordance with individual care plans.

Pay Rate: £15\.75 per hour
Location: Lancashire / Blackpool area
Hours: Full\-time, Part\-time, Days, Nights and Weekend shifts available
