Cygnet Healthcare is looking for experienced Support Worker to join our team working at Cygnet Morgan House.
You’ll be working 40 hours a week, day shifts including alternative weekends, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Morgan House.
Morgan House is a 5 bed, independent living residential home. A support home that offers a safe and comfortable environment that helps residents to meet personal goals and to fulfil their lives.
You are…
- Driven with a desire to make a real difference in people’s lives
- Experienced for 1 year plus in a support setting working with learning disabilities
- An excellent communicator and a good team player
- Caring and understanding with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating \& varied environment
- Passionate about empowering \& supporting service user independence
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance \& encouragement through physical \& emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs \& provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical \& welfare needs
- Report on medical \& welfare needs as required
- Safeguard all patients
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
- Salary of £13\.70 per hour
