We’re on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer or Midweight Graphic Designer to join our Studio team and help bring our clients’ brands and campaigns to life. Working across digital, AI and print, you’ll take briefs from first idea through to polished, final output – sometimes flying solo, often as part of a close\-knit creative team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing clear, creative design solutions from brief to final output, across digital and print


• Producing visual assets including social media graphics, web design (UX/UI), motion graphics and campaign materials


• Preparing accurate, print\-ready artwork and digital files to spec


• Applying Plinkfizz and client brand guidelines consistently, and checking every output for quality before it goes out


• Collaborating with designers, account management and client services to understand objectives and deliver effective work.

• A creative mindset with sharp attention to detail


• Confidence across AI tools, Adobe CC and Figma


• Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple projects and hit deadlines


• A client\-first approach, with clear and professional communication


• Someone who works well at pace and takes feedback in their stride.

• A varied role spanning brand, campaign and digital design work
