Responsibilities
- Support the supervising of Pharmacy as appropriate in management of staff, stock sales and items and housekeeping
- Management of Dispensary tasks
- Compliance with PSI Legislation and Dispensing Practices
- Support Dispensary staff and colleagues working elsewhere in Branch as needed
- Mentoring of less experienced staff
- Minimum 2 years' Relevant Pharmacy experience in Ireland
- PSI registered
- Some pharmacy supervision experience desirable
- Full driving license essential
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends
- A helpful and courteous manner, compassionate and caring
- Highly customer\-focused and flexible to meet our Customer needs and our individual Branch needs
- Strong team player with ability to build trust internally and externally
- Professional and respectful whilst dealing with others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well\-organised with good admin skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multi\-task during busy periods
- Fluency in English
