We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer\-focused Support Consultant to join our growing team.

We are a family\-run, energetic and fast\-growing technology company, and customer support sits at the heart of everything we do. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their businesses and going the extra mile to make sure they get the best possible experience from our software.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems and learning new things. You will work across several of our SaaS platforms, supporting customers from a wide variety of industries and becoming a trusted point of contact when they need help.

Previous experience within hospitality, SaaS/software, customer support or procurement would be beneficial, but it is not essential. More importantly, we are looking for someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and passion for delivering excellent customer service.

The Role

As a Support Consultant, you will provide frontline support across a number of our software platforms, including:

  • Logit – compliance, operations and facilities management software.

  • RotaKing – workforce and rota management.

  • Purchase Warrior – procurement and purchasing software.

  • Contract Concierge – contract and supplier management.
You will become knowledgeable across our products and work closely with customers to understand their questions, investigate issues and provide clear, friendly and effective solutions.

This is not simply about answering support tickets. We want our Support Consultants to take ownership of customer queries, investigate thoroughly and make sure our customers feel looked after throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing friendly and professional frontline customer support via email, telephone and other support channels.

  • Responding to customer questions and troubleshooting issues across our software platforms.

  • Taking ownership of support queries from initial contact through to resolution.

  • Investigating issues thoroughly and working with internal teams where further technical assistance is required.

  • Communicating clearly with customers and keeping them updated throughout the support process.

  • Helping customers understand how to get the most from our software.

  • Identifying recurring customer questions and helping improve our support documentation and help guides.

  • Developing a strong understanding of our products and the industries our customers operate within.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across Customer Success, Development, Onboarding and Commercial teams.

  • Looking for opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.

  • Building positive, long\-term relationships with our customers.
About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine passion for customer service and helping people.

  • Has an enthusiastic, positive and proactive approach.

  • Enjoys investigating problems and finding solutions.

  • Is comfortable communicating with customers by both telephone and email.

  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Is organised and able to manage multiple customer queries at the same time.

  • Takes ownership rather than simply passing problems on.

  • Is comfortable learning new systems and technology.

  • Works well as part of a close\-knit team.

  • Is keen to learn, develop and build a career within a growing business.
Experience within hospitality, SaaS/software support, customer service or procurement would be advantageous, but is not essential. Full training across our platforms will be provided.

For us, attitude is just as important as experience. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of the team, learn our products and deliver the level of customer support we pride ourselves on.

Our Culture

We are a family\-run business and that culture remains an important part of who we are as we continue to grow.

We want people to enjoy coming to work, feel comfortable asking questions and feel that they are part of something rather than simply another employee number.

We are energetic, ambitious and growing quickly, but maintaining a supportive and collaborative environment is extremely important to us.

Customer support is central to our business. We want our customers to feel that there is always a knowledgeable, approachable person available who genuinely wants to help them succeed.

As the company continues to grow, there will also be plenty of opportunity for the right person to develop their skills, take on additional responsibility and progress their career.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday.

  • 9:00am – 5:30pm.

  • Full\-time position.

  • Primarily office\-based, with the potential for some flexible working once established within the role.

  • No regular weekend working.
We are looking for someone who can join the team as soon as possible.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary.

  • 25 days annual leave plus English bank holidays.

  • Your birthday off.

  • Company pension.

  • Free on\-site parking.

  • Free access to our on\-site gym.

  • Ongoing training and development.

  • Career progression opportunities as the business continues to grow.

  • A supportive and collaborative working environment.

  • The opportunity to join a growing technology company where you can genuinely make an impact.
