About the Role

As a Supervisor, you’ll support the Store Manager in leading shifts, motivating the team, and maintaining high operational standards across the business.

This Supervisor role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the confidence to lead by example in a fast\-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership \& Development

• Support onboarding, training, and development of team members


• Create a positive and accountable team culture


• Lead by example in professionalism, customer service, and teamwork


• Support performance management and operational standards

• Run smooth and efficient shifts across front of house, coffee, and kitchen operations


• Ensure staffing levels and service standards are maintained


• Step into operational roles when needed during busy periods

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences


• Support the team in building strong product knowledge and upselling confidently


• Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation


• Ensure company procedures and brand standards are consistently followed


• Support end\-of\-day processes and store readiness

• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health \& safety procedures are followed


• Monitor allergen procedures and operational compliance


• Conduct equipment and operational checks when required

• Support stock ordering and inventory management


• Communicate stock shortages and operational updates clearly


• Assist with achieving sales targets and operational goals

• Previous experience in a hospitality leadership or Supervisor role


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Ability to lead a team in a fast\-paced environment


• Passion for customer service, food, and coffee


• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem\-solving


• Reliable, professional, and team\-focused mindset
