Supervisor

North South York is looking for a Supervisor!

This is an exciting time for North South, as we continue to expand and offer new roles, and one of those roles is this: Supervisor.

For this role in particular we are looking for someone with the ability to confidently provide a fantastic customer experience alongside some experience supervising a small team.

As a Supervisor, you will be one of the faces of North South. Passionate about floor service and ensuring customers leave happier than when they arrived. You will also be responsible for helping the GM and AM in the day\-to\-day running and operations of North South, as well as being a key\-holder that can set up and close down the venue in a timely manner and with an eye for detail and cleanliness.

Our ethos really is based around customer care and engagement, and everything we do is a testament to that. Maintaining the highest standard of service, in a super friendly way, all the time, (including fussing over our customers' dogs!).

Qualifications

• Supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting


• Strong team management and leadership skills


• Culinary and food safety knowledge


• Familiarity with bartending and beverage service
