Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to help oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and culinary management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff training, inventory control, and customer service.


• Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills in culinary practices and hospitality.


• Support staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times while managing labour costs effectively.


• Support marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.


• Maintain a clean and organised environment in both front\-of\-house and back\-of\-house areas.


• Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques and food production processes.


• Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management.


• Familiarity with bartending practices is advantageous.


• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.


• Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
