The successful applicant main responsibilities will be to:

• work as part of a team with the role overseeing the day to day running of the dispensary


• dispense prescriptions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the pharmacy guidelines and SOPs in place to ensure accuracy and attention to detail


• maintain appropriate stock levels in the dispensary ensuring the correct storage and monitoring of dated products


• oversee end of month claims and payments


• deliver expert advice by engaging actively with customers to encourage customer loyalty and confidence


• show excellent communication and motivational skills within the team


• have a strong professional ethos and commerical understanding


• work in a positive environment with excellent personal development opportunities

The candidate must be qualified and registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland or eligible to do so.

A minimum of 3 year experience in Community Pharmacy is essential.
