Accountabilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnership opportunities across AI, data infrastructure, compute networks, developer platforms, agentic frameworks, and decentralized technology ecosystems.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, technology providers, and ecosystem participants to create long-term strategic value.

  • Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities, driving engagement from initial outreach through contract execution.

  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, partnership structuring, and contract discussions while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and partner expectations.

  • Develop creative and innovative deal structures tailored to unique business opportunities and evolving market dynamics.

  • Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitive insights, and ecosystem trends to inform partnership, product, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across partnerships, product, marketing, operations, and leadership functions to maximize partnership outcomes.

  • Oversee partnership implementation and post-signature execution, ensuring successful integrations, stakeholder alignment, and long-term value realization.

  • Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for expansion, optimization, and strategic growth.

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen visibility and cultivate new business opportunities.

Requirements
  • 8–10 years of experience in Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, Business Development, or related commercial roles within data infrastructure, artificial intelligence, information technology, or emerging technology sectors.

  • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex partnership agreements with measurable business impact.

  • Strong understanding of Web3 business models, blockchain ecosystems, and decentralized technologies.

  • Demonstrated interest in the convergence of artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, and blockchain innovation.

  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts, architectures, data workflows, and emerging technology trends, even without a deeply technical engineering background.

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience designing creative and non-standard partnership structures.

  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and hands-on execution.

  • High level of adaptability and comfort operating in rapidly evolving and ambiguous environments.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously.

  • Commitment to ethical business practices, integrity, and transparent communication.

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 20% or more as required.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field is preferred.
