Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native for a professional trading platform.

  • Lead the implementation of complex features while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability across mobile environments.

  • Contribute to technical architecture decisions and help define engineering standards for frontend and mobile development.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences for advanced trading workflows.

  • Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance to elevate code quality and engineering practices across the team.

  • Optimize application performance, API integration, and real-time data handling using WebSockets and modern architectures.

  • Participate in system design discussions, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with product strategy.

  • Drive improvements in development processes, testing practices, and frontend tooling.

  • Ensure high standards of UI/UX quality and consistency across mobile applications.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with strong focus on mobile and web applications.

  • Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React Native development.

  • Strong experience building and consuming APIs, with focus on performance, security, and scalability.

  • Hands-on experience with modern frontend architectures, including Next.js and WebSockets.

  • Solid understanding of frontend testing frameworks and quality assurance practices.

  • Familiarity with mobile development tooling, build pipelines, and CI/CD processes.

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate with design teams.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments or large-scale engineering organizations.

  • Exposure to fintech, trading platforms, or crypto-related applications is highly valuable.

  • Familiarity with native mobile development (iOS/Android using Kotlin, Java, or Objective-C) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Strong ownership mindset with ability to work independently in a distributed, remote-first environment.
