Medi\-Market is hiring a Store Replenishment Planner
Role \& Responsibilities
Lead and execute the store replenishment planning process for a retail parapharmacy company with approximately 12,000 SKUs across 100\+ stores, ensuring accurate and actionable store replenishment planning within the instructed inventory thresholds to ensure product availability at the points of sales.
The role requires strong cross\-functional alignment to ensure commercial plans are fully reflected in operational and robust replenishment strategies.
Main duties
---------------
- Store Inventory parameters management : Define and update the store inventory parameters in accordance with the Inventory Planner to reflect the inventory strategy
- Generate the replenishment plan: Based on expected demand and inventory parameters, generate a replenishment plan that will respect the demand
- Store orders tracking : Track the replenishment orders generated by our tool and adjust quantities when necessary .
- Plan adherence and review : Track the plan adherence and review/adapt if demand or strategy has shifted .
- KPI tracking : Track Service Level, product availability and Out\-Of\-Stock percentage .
- Skills: Statistical forecasting methods, E2E Supply Chain Planning education and understanding , Advanced Excel proficiency , Experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Relex , Anaplan, or similar) , Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and decision\-making skills
- Proven ability to control their supply chain segment and bring the correct information to the team
- Team player with ability to autonomously act on their corresponding tasks
- Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain , Business, or related field; Master’s or certification (e.g., APICS, IBF) preferred.
- Fluency in French and english
- Experience: 3 \+ years in replenishment/supply planning or supply chain roles, ideally in retail/FMCG.
