Store Assistant Full-time

Job Description:

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and friendly Sales Assistant to join our team in Dublin 1\. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their retail career, with clear potential to progress to a Store Manager position.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner


• Operate the till and handle transactions accurately


• Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays


• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and safe


• Support deliveries and stock rotation


• Work as part of a team to meet store goals


• Take initiative and gradually assume more responsibility in store operations

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential


• Positive attitude, reliable, and able to multitask


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Must be eligible to work in Ireland


• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends


• Knowledge of Romanian, English, or Russian is an advantage

Pay: €14\.15\-€15\.75 per hour
