Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the restaurant


• Ensure smooth and efficient service across all areas


• Support the training, development, and supervision of staff


• Monitor sales performance, stock control, and operational costs


• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation


• Handle customer feedback professionally and resolve issues effectively


• Work closely with management to achieve business goals and maintain operational excellence

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast\-paced environment
