What are we looking for?
We are currently conducting interviews for candidates to join our Pampling\&Co store at Rua das Flores Porto as Stock Assistant, with a planned start date in September. We are looking for people available to work for 20H/week both morning and afternoon shifts.
Main responsibilities
- Support stock management and inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and availability.
- Receive, check, organize, and store incoming merchandise, ensuring products are correctly handled and registered.
- Prepare and organize stock replenishment for the sales floor, ensuring products are available when needed.
- Assist with stock transfers, orders, returns, and other warehouse\-related tasks.
- Keep the stockroom and warehouse organized, clean, and aligned with company standards.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure efficient daily operations and a smooth flow of merchandise between the warehouse and sales floor.
- Ensure products are correctly identified, stored, and handled according to company procedures.
