YOUR TASKS

• Design, implement, configure, and support solutions within the Global SAP SuccessFactors landscape, with a primary focus on the Recruiting module.


• Drive the continuous optimization and digitalization of recruitment processes, enhancing candidate and recruiter experiences across the organization.


• Act as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, ensuring system stability, data quality, and process excellence.


• Support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Recruiting\-related features, releases, and integrations.


• Collaborate closely with Global People \& Culture teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable system solutions.


• Contribute to cross\-module initiatives involving Employee Central, People Analytics, and other SuccessFactors modules to ensure an integrated employee lifecycle experience.


• Provide best\-practice guidance, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and stay up to date with new SAP SuccessFactors releases and functionalities.


• Work alongside IT and external partners to monitor and support integrations with downstream systems and third\-party applications.


• Deliver end\-user support, training, and documentation, empowering stakeholders and increasing adoption of digital HR solutions.


• Apply agile methodologies in daily operations, enhancement projects, and global rollouts.


• Collaborate with Global and Local People \& Culture teams and other business stakeholders to support strategic HR digitalization initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5\+ years of professional experience within HRIS, HR Technology, HR Digitalization, HR Operations, or HR Consulting environments.


• 3\+ years of hands\-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting in a global environment.


• Strong knowledge of Recruiting processes, including requisition management, candidate experience, recruiting workflows, and reporting.


• Experience with or exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or People Analytics, with a strong interest in further developing expertise in these areas.


• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting certification is considered a plus.Basic understanding of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and downstream systems, including API\-based interfaces.


• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable system solutions.


• Detail\-oriented, proactive, and results\-driven professional who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership of initiatives.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross\-functional and international teams.Business fluent in English.


• We're not expecting Shakespeare, but you should feel comfortable leading discussions, supporting stakeholders, and collaborating with international colleagues on a daily basis.
