Staff Nurse
Here at Ashgate House we pride ourselves on providing a high standard of nursing and residential care for people living with late stage dementia and associated complex care needs. We strive to deliver a person centred approach and promote independence whilst maintaining the safety and wellbeing of all service users.
We recognise that everyone has individual skills that can complement our service and we are now looking to recruit experienced nursing staff to join our dedicated team to enable a more diverse skill mix while supporting and helping to hone skills already learned.

*Benefits:*
Salary Scale: £20\.00 to £22\.00 per hour depending on experience.
Payment of Annual NMC Registration Fee.
Paid Breaks and Handover.
Enhanced payment for overtime.
36 hours per week.
3 x 12 hour shifts to cover both days and nights \- 08\.00 till 20\.00 \& 20\.00 till 08\.00 (shifts will include some weekend work).
*Essential:*
Current NMC Pin.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience of working with people living with dementia.
Commitment to providing high standard of care to people.
Motivation and Enthusiasm
Flexibility.
Supportive approach towards all members of the staff team.
On\- call where required
*Desirable:*
Experience of working with people with complex care needs.
Experience of working in a care home setting.
