As we continue to expand and flourish, we are seeking a creative and dedicated Web Designer to help elevate our online presence and drive our growth forward.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually captivating and user\-friendly websites that reflect the unique identity and offerings of Abiglobal Foods in the Afro Caribbean market.


• Collaborate closely with various departments to understand business objectives and translate them into engaging digital experiences.


• Manage and maintain existing websites, ensuring content is regularly updated and consistent with brand standards.


• Utilize Shopify platform to enhance e\-commerce functionality and optimize the online shopping experience for our customers. Knowledge of Shopify is considered a bonus.


• Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in web design and e\-commerce, and implement innovative solutions to continuously improve our online presence.


• Create, plan, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.)


• Manage daily posting, comments, messages, and audience engagement in a timely and professional manner


• Develop creative captions, graphics, and short videos aligned with the brand’s voice and marketing goals


• Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitors to improve content performance


• Grow brand awareness, followers, and engagement through organic and paid strategies


• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools


• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products, campaigns, and offers


• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and company policies


• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social platforms


• Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and special events online

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.


• Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.


• Knowledge of Shopify platform is preferred, with experience in e\-commerce website development being a significant advantage.


• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
