Accountabilities:

  • Plan, manage, and maintain multi-platform content calendars aligned with campaigns, live events, and real-time social opportunities.

  • Create and execute platform-native content tailored to each channel’s format, audience behavior, and engagement dynamics.

  • Monitor trends, sports moments, and internet culture to identify reactive content opportunities and act on them quickly.

  • Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations, ensuring smooth communication and timely content delivery.

  • Support the selection and evaluation of creators based on audience relevance, performance, and brand alignment.

  • Drive community engagement across platforms while maintaining a consistent brand tone and identity.

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, transforming insights into actionable optimization strategies.

  • Collaborate with design, copy, and acquisition teams to ensure seamless execution of social media initiatives.

Requirements


  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, ideally in sports, entertainment, gaming, or betting-related industries.

  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook, including emerging trends.

  • Deep understanding of platform-native content, meme culture, and reactive, entertainment-led social strategies.

  • Experience working with influencer marketing and creator ecosystems in fast-moving, trend-driven environments.

  • Strong ability to translate internet culture and live events into engaging brand content quickly and effectively.

  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting social media metrics and performance data.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Professional proficiency in English.

  • Nice to have: experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, or CapCut; interest in sports, esports, or betting audiences; familiarity with football and regional sports culture.
