Social Media Marketing

We are looking for ambitious and results\-driven Social Media Managers to join our growing property business on a fully remote basis (UK based only, no agencies please). This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands how to build a strong online presence, generate quality leads, and engage with landlords and property owners looking to let or sell their properties.

You will be responsible for increasing brand visibility across social media platforms, driving enquiries, and helping us attract new instructions from landlords, property investors, vendors, and sellers throughout the UK.

This role offers the flexibility of working from home while benefiting from a highly rewarding commission structure with amazing earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads from landlords looking to let their properties and vendors looking to sell.


• Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.


• Create engaging content designed to attract landlords, vendors, and property owners.


• Increase brand awareness and grow our social media following organically.


• Manage social media campaigns and promotional activities.


• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on growth and lead generation.


• Engage with followers, respond to enquiries, and nurture potential clients.


• Identify new opportunities to expand our digital presence and market reach.


• Collaborate with management to align marketing activities with business objectives.

• Strong understanding of lead generation through social media.


• Proven experience managing social media accounts and growing online audiences.


• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.


• Experience using social media management and analytics tools.


• Self\-motivated and able to work independently.


• Strong communication and relationship\-building skills.


• Experience within the property sector is desirable but not essential.


• Must be based in the United Kingdom and have the legal right to work in the UK.

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
