FOH Staff/Studio Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for a warm, organised, and customer\-focused Front of House / Studio Host to join our Pilates studio team. This role is central to creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every client who walks through our doors.

The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and passionate about health, wellness, and exceptional customer service. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the day\-to\-day front desk operations, supporting studio flow, and helping maintain a calm, clean, and positive studio environment. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients into the studio with a friendly and professional attitude


• Manage class check\-ins, bookings, waitlists, and client enquiries


• Ensure the studio remains clean, organised, and presentation\-ready at all times


• Support smooth day\-to\-day studio operations, including opening and closing duties


• Handle memberships, and retail sales accurately


• Maintain stock levels of studio and retail supplies and communicate restocking needs


• Assist instructors and clients to ensure classes run smoothly and on time


• Build positive relationships with clients and help foster a strong studio community


• Respond to phone calls, emails, and in\-person enquiries in a timely manner


• Uphold studio standards, health \& safety procedures, and overall client experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast\-paced environment


• Confidence using booking systems and basic admin tools


• A genuine passion for wellness, fitness, and customer experience


• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team


• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends where required


• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, fitness, or wellness environments is an advantage

Pay: Up to £13\.50 per hour
