Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be willing to get stuck in with a range of different tasks and be keen to help the development of our brand. This will include but not be limited to being responsible for developing and scheduling our social media content across our platforms.
Duties
- Create, curate, edit, schedule and manage content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms each week.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers on social media channels to build a strong online community, including sending a template message to new followers.
- Analyse social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Create, curate, edit, schedule and manage marketing emails each week.
- Suggest and execute new social media content ideas.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creation partners to arrange the creation of new content.
- Organise, assist and arrange photo shoots with models and content creators.
- Capture photo and video content in person at photo shoots.
- Manage and update our website (www.mikiki.co.uk) with new products and content.
- Manage and respond to customers on our platforms including providing customer support for common customer queries.
- Request feedback from existing customers each month.
- Coordinate with our warehouse team as necessary in relation to customer queries.
- Stay up\-to\-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Assist in the development of public relations initiatives that align with our overall marketing goals.
- Generally assist on tasks to help grow M I K I K I.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences on various platforms.
- Experience creating and managing social media content.
- Experience using Canva or similar content creation / editing platforms is advantageous.
- Experience or background in fashion is s advantageous.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through digital mediums.
Job Types: Part\-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From £13\.00 per hour
