• Analyse performance metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly to optimise reach and engagement.


• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.


• Stay informed about the latest trends in social media management and digital communication to keep our strategies innovative and effective.


• Manage online reputation by proactively engaging with followers and addressing any public relations issues swiftly.

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.


• Strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms, tools, and analytics.


• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content suitable for diverse audiences.


• Experience in public relations or managing organisational reputation online.


• Organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.


• Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.


• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.


• A recognised qualification in marketing, communications or related fields is desirable but not essential.
