HR Coordinator
The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the HR department. This role helps ensure efficient HR processes related to recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and HR reporting. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our HR operations are efficient, compliant, and supportive of employee growth and satisfaction.
● Employee Data:
o Maintain and update employee records and update the HR system with accuracy.
Process paperwork in relation to any contractual changes
o Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
o Handle HR documentation, filing, and ensure compliance with GDPR legislation.
● Compensation \& Benefits:
o Support payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments where required.
o Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, pensions, and other perks.
o Handle employee leave (e.g., maternity/paternity, annual leave) and attendance records.
● Recruitment \& Onboarding:
o Post job adverts and support the People Partner to shortlist CVs and book in interviews
o Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
o Run employee HR inductions and manage onboarding activities with the employee’s line manager
● Employee Engagement:
o Assist with employee recognition, wellness and engagement initiatives.
o Support performance management processes and review cycles.

Pay: £26,500\.00\-£28,000\.00 per year
