Key Responsibilities
- Manage Hanami’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant platforms, including content planning, posting, short\-form video and community engagement.
- Create and coordinate promotional content for menus, new dishes, lunch specials, seasonal campaigns, drinks, events and restaurant offers.
- Produce or coordinate photography, video, graphics and advertising materials for both digital and in\-restaurant use.
- Maintain and update the restaurant’s online presence, including website content, Google Business Profile and relevant dining/delivery platforms.
- Plan and monitor digital advertising campaigns and analyse engagement, reach, customer behaviour and campaign performance.
- Develop local business partnerships with hotels, companies, shops, organisations and other businesses in Cirencester and the wider Cotswolds.
- Promote and develop private dining, birthday parties, corporate events, group bookings and special occasions.
- Help create and operate Hanami’s clubs, member activities and community events, developing ideas that encourage repeat visits and build a loyal customer community.
- Support offline marketing, including local events, collaborations, printed promotional materials and community campaigns.
- Work closely with restaurant management to develop marketing campaigns that increase bookings, footfall, customer retention and sales.
Experience or a strong interest in social media, digital marketing, content creation, hospitality or business development is preferred. You should be confident communicating with customers and local businesses, comfortable creating social media content, and able to work independently.
Good written and spoken English is essential. Photography/video editing, Canva or other design tools, paid social advertising and hospitality marketing experience would be advantageous.
Pay: £25,420\.00\-£51,189\.71 per year
