Floor Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Floor Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure exceptional service across our restaurant or hospitality venue. As a key leader on the floor, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate food and beverage service, and foster a welcoming environment for guests. Duties

• Supervise daily restaurant or venue operations, ensuring smooth flow from food preparation to service delivery


• Lead and motivate team members, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and support staff to achieve high performance standards


• Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food safety compliance to maintain quality standards


• Manage bar operations, including bartending duties, drink presentation, and inventory control


• Ensure excellent guest experiences by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining a positive atmosphere


• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and proper presentation


• Enforce health and safety regulations across all areas of the venue, including food safety protocols and sanitation practices

Qualifications

• Proven supervising or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment


• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary practices


• Experience in bartending, serving, or barista roles is highly desirable


• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff


• Familiarity with food safety standards and food production processes


• Previous experience in hotel or restaurant settings preferred


• Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Pay: £25,420\.00\-£44,575\.05 per year
