Front of House Manager — Sam \& Jak

Location: Cirencester
Hours: Full time
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience \+ tips

Sam \& Jak are looking for an experienced, energetic and personable Front of House Manager to join our team.

You’ll be responsible for helping lead the front of house team and making sure every guest receives a warm, relaxed and genuinely great experience from the moment they walk through the door.

The role

  • Take responsibility for the day\-to\-day running of front of house

  • Lead, motivate and support the FOH team

  • Deliver excellent service and hospitality

  • Manage bookings, table plans and service flow

  • Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth services

  • Train and develop new and existing team members

  • Deal confidently with guest feedback and resolve issues

  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service

  • Assist with staff rotas, ordering and stock control

  • Help drive sales and maximise the guest experience

  • Support the owners and management team with the continued development of Sam \& Jak

What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in a FOH management or senior hospitality role

  • Someone confident leading a team

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Organised, reliable and able to stay calm during busy services

  • A genuine passion for food, wine and hospitality

  • High standards without taking things too seriously

  • Someone who leads from the front and isn't afraid to get stuck in

  • A positive attitude and great attention to detail

We’re an independent restaurant and catering business based in Cirencester, with a strong reputation for great food, relaxed hospitality and doing things our own way.

We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of the team, take ownership of their role and help us continue to grow.

Pay: £32,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
