Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels to respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering positive community engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics to measure campaign success and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
- Manage public relations initiatives through social media by promoting positive stories and handling potential reputation issues transparently.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, platform features, and best practices in social media management to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
- Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives tailored to different audiences.
- Knowledge of public relations principles and how they integrate with digital storytelling.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to track performance metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to community engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: £42,000\.00\-£44,000\.00 per year
