Duties

• Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person, providing clear information about products, services, and promotions


• Utilize IT systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently


• Support B2B (business\-to\-business) sales efforts by establishing professional relationships with corporate clients


• Drive product knowledge by staying informed about new offerings, features, and industry trends

Experience

• Proven experience in customer service or retail environments demonstrating excellent communication skills


• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence purchasing decisions positively


• Valid driving license preferred for roles involving travel or client visits


• Familiarity with B2B sales processes is advantageous


• Proficiency in IT systems, including point\-of\-sale (POS) software and basic office applications


• Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently


• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
